1. Adults Only

KikGirl is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. We may ask you to verify your age, and we will terminate accounts we believe belong to minors.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password private, pick a display name that isn't misleading or offensive, and don't share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Behavior

KikGirl is a flirtatious, playful space for adults — with clear limits. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines at all times. In short: no harassment, no illegal content, nothing involving minors (zero tolerance), no scams or soliciting money, and no sharing other people's private information. Human moderation supports platform safety, and violations can lead to content removal, suspension, or permanent termination.

4. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

Some features — such as longer sessions or premium options — may require credits or a paid membership. The following general rules apply:

• Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use features on the platform. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
• Except where required by law, purchases are final and credits are non-refundable once bought.
• Prices, credit packages, and the features they unlock may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• If we terminate your account for a serious violation of these terms, unused credits may be forfeited.
• Subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically until you cancel in your account settings.

5. Content

You keep ownership of the content you create on KikGirl. By posting or sharing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the platform (for example, delivering your video and messages to the person you're talking to). You represent that you have the right to share anything you post, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

All KikGirl branding, design, and software belongs to us or our licensors. Don't copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.

6. Disclaimers

KikGirl is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't control and aren't responsible for what users say or do on the platform — you interact with other members at your own risk. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular person will be online at any given time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KikGirl and its operators won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from your interactions with other users — arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time through your settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines, that create risk for other users, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) do survive.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KikGirl's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Where local law gives you mandatory consumer protections or venue rights, those rights are unaffected.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post the current version on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use of KikGirl after an update means you accept the new terms.
